~ Activity Books ~ As a life long resident of Sarnia Lambton I had great pleasure is putting this activity book together all about Sarnia, Ontario Canada. It features mostly word searches as well as a few other random activities such as word scrambles, a maze and colouring pages. If you have ever had any connection to Sarnia you will enjoy the references and if not then it is just a great book to boost your mindset!------------------------------------------- As a Wellness Coach for the last 10 years, a traveler and person with health issues I know mindset matters. Short stays in the hospital and trips with extensive traveling time can be very boring! So I created this Activity book for you full of Word Searches, Scrambles, Colouring Pages and more! I kept it light and positive, hoping to not only kill some time but also to boost your mood. Mindful distraction is a technique used to intentionally shift your focus to a positive, engaging activity to manage negative emotions while promoting a more positive mindset and improved focus.~ Mindset Books ~ This 4 week journal is a great tool to achieve small goals while on a fact finding mission about you. Each day you check your mood, share daily gratitude’s and answer a thought provoking general wellness question. There is a daily intention for you to make your mantra of the day. They are placed at the bottom in case you want to cut them out to reflect on after the 30 days (just like the Positive intention books). At the end of each week there are additional reflection sheets and of course we will celebrate along the way. Please write things in! This is your book, make it personal. Listening to your body is the greatest indicator of what is going well and what isn’t. Example: Goal - Drink More Water. Detail - Every day drink 4 cups. No goal is too small! Each week has a theme and each day when the goal is accomplished you colour one of the pictures on the weekly tracker. At the end of the week there is larger piece to colour and an area to reflect on what you learned. It acts as a therapeutic, calming activity that relaxes the brain, enhances fine motor skills, and stimulates creativity. You can use this for any type of goal! Running, walking, drinking water, food tracking, complimenting others, random acts of kindness, self care... the options are endless.~ Just Because Books ~ I literally made this book for myself because I get so tired of trying to figure out my passwords. This large print address book includes contact numbers for both personal and business. It includes addresses, phone numbers, and emails as well as websites, user names and passwords. There is an easy legend so you save time searching and in moments you can know what page each entry is on.
